Privacy Policy

Client Privacy & Data Discretion Protocol

1. Commitment to Discretion

The Silent Player (and its clinical partner, MPP) recognizes that executive strategy requires absolute confidentiality. We do not share, sell, or disclose client lists or engagement details to any third party unless explicitly required by law or where imminent risk of harm is identified.

2. Data Collection & Infrastructure

To ensure “clinical-grade” security for business strategy, we utilize:

  • Zanda Health: For scheduling and secure record keeping. Google and Zanda servers are encrypted and compliant with Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) and HIPAA standards.
  • Stripe: For all financial transactions. We do not store credit card details locally; they are tokenized and vaulted by Stripe’s PCI-DSS Level 1 infrastructure.

3. Session Data

Notes regarding “Schema Informed Strategy” are stored within the secure Google ecosystem. These notes are separated from general medical records where applicable and are accessible only by Dr. Michael Player.

4. Digital Communication

While we utilize encrypted email and messaging, we advise clients to use the Secure Portal for all sensitive document uploads.
