Engagement Terms & Service Protocols

1. Nature of Engagement

"The Silent Player" provides Schema Informed Strategy and high-performance consulting techniques. While Dr. Michael Player is a registered psychologist, engagements under The Silent Player banner are focused on professional performance and strategy, not clinical mental health treatment, unless explicitly structured as a clinical treatment plan under MPP.

2. Retainers & Payments

  • Monthly Retainers: Authorized via Stripe. Retainers are billed in advance to secure priority access.
  • Single Invoices: Due upon receipt.
  • Refunds: Retainers safeguard availability and are non-refundable once the month has commenced.

3. Cancellation Protocol

Time is our most finite asset.

  • Rescheduling: Requires 48 hours’ notice.
  • Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited (deducted from the retainer) or billed at the full single-session rate.

4. Intellectual Property

“Schema Informed Maps,” “Talking Back Diaries,” and customized strategic plans provided to you remain the intellectual property of Dr. Michael Player, licensed to you for personal executive use only.
